Gintropic scaling of scientometric indexes

The most frequently used indicators for the productivity and impact of scientists are total number publication ($N_{pub}$), citations ($N_{cit}$) Hirsch (h) index. Since seminal paper Hirsch, in 2005, it is largely debated whether h index can be considered as an indicator independent $N_{pub}$ $N_{cit}$. Exploiting Paretian form distribution papers authored by a researcher, here we discuss scaling relations between h, analysis incorporates Gini inequality measure citation distributions recently proposed kernel, gintropy (resembling to entropy kernel). We find new upper bound value function citations, confimed on massive data collected from Google Scholar. Our analyses reveals also that individualized calculated received publications author peaks around 0.8, much higher than one characteristic usual socio-economic inequalities.
